PAINTINGS BY OLE NIKOLAJSEN
I started early when I was 10
years doing oil painting. This is one of
my first works.
Only recently have I started
painting again (one of my aims when being retired!).
I am fascinated by nature –
especially trees - and I want to express my view of it. I will only
exceptionally paint something else.
Mostly I create my motive by
memorizing a display in nature (sometimes taking some photographs of it) and
then “work” on it in my brain for some time. But then it MUST come out. Below are
examples of my work.
