January: (not much of a winter and NO snow this year)

February: (Spring arrives early, but deceptively)

A garden ALWAYS needs care 78 wheel barrow loads later the fresh gravel in the front garden was in place.

Despite much hardship Tine, Chantal and Caitlin keep high spirits.

May: (real summer arrived after a wet and cold spring)

Due to the exceptional cold in late April all our fruit threes lost their fruit one cherry remained but later fell off too.

 

 

Puk has trained Chanel well to dig for moles in our garden!

Puk is (justified) proud of her Iris

as of her other flowers as well

the blackbirds got their first set of chicks

even the bees moved in

and Chanel got ready for the European Soccer Championship being a keen supporter of the French team!

On the family front Darcy passed her 3rd Danish test with flying colours and her parents visited them in Fredericia

We were active in the French-British association among other things visited beautiful gardens

and went to a lunch arranged by the Danish community.
